BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS can also choose to have items held and delivered on a future date for an upcoming BIRTHDAY, ANNIVERSARY, SPECIAL OCCASION or just because it's CONVENIENT for your LIFESTYLE!

A BOX-FREE DELIVERY WEEKEND 6 & 12 month membership is where delivery service will be available FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY.

Delivery fees are a flat rate per delivery address.

A BOX-FREE DELIVERY MONTHLY membership is where delivery service occurs DAILY, however, it's on a WAIT LIST due to INCREASED DEMAND for the upcoming GIFT GIVING and HOLIDAY SEASON!

The WAIT LIST will be updated every month on the 4th for any MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP inquiries. 

BOX-FREE DELIVERY MONTHLY service will be available SUNDAY - SATURDAY (7 days a week). Delivery fees are flat rate per delivery address.

ALL WEEKEND & MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS must be PAID in FULL for 6 or 12 months.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY GUEST membership is where delivery service is available for 5 consecutive days. You can purchase multiple GUEST memberships based on the quantity of days you need. Delivery fees are flat rate per delivery address. 

GUEST membership is specifically designed for visitors who have booked house rentals and the House Hosts have specified they do not want packages delivered to their property.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY understands the dynamics and are ready to accommodate your delivery needs and serve you as you travel!

A BOX-FREE DELIVERY BUSINESS membership gets you BOX-FREE DELIVERY service CUSTOMIZED for your specific 

BUSINESS needs.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS’ items will be delivered to a secure commercial facility address (only for BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS) which is aptly named our BOX-FREE DELIVERY STUDIO and promptly removed from that DIRTY BROWN BOX!

You'll receive TEXT notification of your delivery status with options to schedule a BOX-FREE DELIVERY that is CONVENIENT to your LIFESTYLE!

The BOX-FREE DELIVERY can be delivered to a single location, multiple deliveries to multiple locations or initiate a HOLD for future delivery.

Each BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBER will have an individual organizer for their delivery items only.

All UNBOXING will be monitored for SAFETY and ASSET protection.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY WEEKEND delivery days and times are:

                       FRIDAY:        8am - 8pm

                   SATURDAY:    8am - 8pm

                      SUNDAY:       8am - 8pm

BOX-FREE DELIVERY will send TEXT notifications DAILY so that our BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS can schedule their BOX-FREE DELIVERY orders.

Once your packages have been secured and logged at the BOX-FREE DELIVERY STUDIO a delivery can be scheduled for whichever day you desire* as well as a HOLD be placed for a future delivery date. (*This is based on your BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERSHIP choice.)

DELIVERY DAYS & HOURS will be ADDED during the HOLIDAY SEASON to accommodate our BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY GIFT bags for BIRTHDAYS, WEDDINGS, GRADUATIONS, ANNIVERSARIES and other SPECIAL OCCASIONS come in VARIOUS SIZES and DESIGNS depending on our stock. 

BOX-FREE DELIVERY will always opt for using the BEST FIT  for each delivery bag depending on our stock to serve our BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS.

Yes absolutely! 

EXAMPLE: You purchase a BIRTHDAY gift for a friend to be delivered to their home. When the items are received at the BOX-FREE DELIVERY STUDIO you decide to purchase a BIRTHDAY gift bag to place the friend's gift inside.

If you choose not to purchase a gift bag or any add-ons there will only be a delivery fee.

Your item will be placed in a standard delivery bag for its intended recipient.

This is the BOX-FREE DELIVERY DIFFERENCE when you shop online and choose a BOX-FREE DELIVERY!

BOX-FREE DELIVERY kindly requests that our BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS please choose a location that you will not leave for a minimum of sixty (60) minutes.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY deliveries are scheduled in sixty (60) minute increments.

Choose 3:00pm - 4:00pm for example as your delivery window.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY appreciates your understanding of our delivery request.

Great questions! Due to the increased risk that your BOX-FREE DELIVERY will become damaged due to the rain all BOX-FREE DELIVERY deliveries scheduled during inclement weather will be rescheduled. 

BOX-FREE DELIVERY will resume deliveries the same day at a later time should the weather become safe for a BOX-FREE DELIVERY.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY thanks our BOX-FREE DELIVERY MEMBERS in advance for your understanding of these special circumstances.

BOX-FREE DELIVERY will deliver to the exterior of the building (parking lot, front entrance etc.) OR the foyer OR the lobby OR the reception area.

DUE TO SECURITY MEASURES and SAFETY REASONS BOX-FREE DELIVERY SPECIALISTS do not enter elevators and/or floors higher than ground level.
